I had book a one bedroom apartment, for 3 persons, with a early check in, the bathroom was very small and not as per standard, they was no refrigerate or water heating kettle, Even after I had told them I booked for two days and will check out at 12 noon, the manger and other staff in hand, billed me for 3 days, and they are not ready to listen to us, they are arrogant. Felt cheated.

Torn linens, many times to f/up for any requests, serving Tap water for Tea/Coffee left a message to meet the lobby manager, but no courtesy to meet till the c/out room was having sticky smell after moped the room from houskeeping lots of hairs in the floor

Booked a 2BHK apartment for 4 people. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel has limited, congested and narrow basement parking. Difficult to park big cars. Restaurant was excellent. it is open past midnight. lot of activity starts past midnight only. no alcohol will be served. Complimentary breakfast didn't had big spread. Also, items were limited quantity. we waited for a long time, could not get more.

The Empire Suites is not the fanciest hotel in the city of Bangalore. However, you get what you pay for, and at the price at which rooms are usually available, you can't complain. The location is quite good and that's the biggest advantage.

ne of the worst stay. Empire has lost it charm. In the name complimentary breakfast i assune they give previous night left over chicken curry n parota. Toiletries are not refilled on time. Their hathway subscription is not paid. Was staying with my office colleague and we both were given single bed. Will never go this plac again in life...
